Dr. Georges Tanbe was born in Thionville, France and grew up in Syria. He graduated from the University of Aleppo with a medical degree in 2005. He completed his internal medicine residency at Tufts University and went on to complete his cardiovascular fellowship training at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine. He then joined the University of Massachusetts were he completed his interventional cardiology fellowship training followed by a vascular peripheral training at Prairie Heart Institute in Springfield, Illinois. Dr. Tanbe is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology and nuclear cardiology imaging.
Dr. Tanbe has special interest and research work related to the utilization of the radial artery access approach in most of cardiac catheterizations and interventions. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology. Dr Tanbe joined Heart Center of Nevada in October 2014.
