Dr. Amrish Malhi received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine (Indianapolis, IN) after graduating with highest distinction from Indiana University (Bloomington, IN) with degrees in biochemistry and anthropology. He completed his internship and residency at Yale University School of Medicine (New Haven, CT). He completed his cardiology fellowship at Henry Ford Heart and Vascular Institute (Detroit, MI). He completed his interventional cardiology fellowship at Lenox Hill Heart and Vascular Institute (New York, NY). He is currently board certified in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Disease, Internal Medicine, Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology, and Vascular Imaging. He specializes in integrative cardiology encompassing prevention of cardiac disease with risk factor modification, optimization of medical therapy to treat cardiac diseases, and cardiac & peripheral interventions.
